Advance Adapters produces a variety of transfer case, transmission, overdrive and engine conversion components. The Atlas transfer case, Saturn overdrive, Rubicrawler, Ranger Torque Splitter and SYE kits are well known—and produced in-house. In this segment, Vice President Scott Corgiat and Advance Adapters staff
share details about the final assembly processes for the Atlas transfer case,
Rubicrawler, Saturn Overdrive, Ranger Torque Splitter, SYE kits and other
gear and engine conversion products.

In addition to the Advance Adapters gear boxes and many machined castings, there are the welded, shaped and formed steel tubular components and steel brackets that make up the V-8 and V-6 engine conversion packages. Here we visit the steel and welding fabrication section at the Advance Adapters shop in Paso Robles, California.
 
Motor mounts and exhaust headers require welding assembly. Headers for V-6 and V-8 transplants into Jeep, Land Cruiser, compact pickups and Bronco.
